Restoration Introduction

We pride ourselves as having the best one on one customer service in the restoration business. Throughout your project you may either watch the progress from home on your computer, or come to our facility and view your endeavor in person. 

From the start of your project the E-Muscle president/creative manager, Brian Chaffee, will personally meet with you to have a one on one consultation to discuss the finite details and end result that a client is looking for. E-Muscle does this for all clients, whether it be a correct factory restoration, a performance modified muscle machine, or somewhere in between.  From there, a complete professional quote is provided with estimated restoration costs.

Each project that comes in house will be assigned a project manager to oversee and manage the entire process.  After a plan is carefully constructed for project efficiency, the restoration process will begin. 

Each restoration project is completed with a complimentary binder provided by E-Muscle, complete with a project history, record of all parts/invoices, and a CD including pictures of every step taken along the restoration process.  We also have an appraisal service that will come and appraise your vehicle upon request, to assist in correct insurance coverage at the completion of your project.

All our clients receive the best service we can provide, and your car will leave our facility in show quality plus condition.  We will take your vehicle from dream to reality.

Please be aware that it is normally impossible for us to give you a quote on any custom Muscle Car work over the phone.  We are not like others in this industry.  In order for us to evaluate your car to assess the level of work that needs to be completed while addressing your issues and concerns regarding your car qualifying as our project car;  it needs a complete and intense review on all levels.  This is something we take very seriously.

Due to the quality level of our work, we insist on excellence and perfection, and therefore can only accurately quote a job after we have seen it in person.  We will only allow the project cars that leave our facility, and carry the E-Muscle mark, to leave in pristine show quality condition.

In addition to our ASE and I-CAR certified mechanical and body shop departments, we also offer many other services to meet our client's needs.

E-Muscle, LLC can provide appraisal services by an IVAN certified appraiser who can appraise your vehicle either here at our shop or if more convenient at your home. Many of our clients have their newly restored vehicles appraised at the end of the restoration process. Other's have recently purchased the vehicle and are looking for an appraisal along with their safety inspection.

We also provide our client's with storage options, insurance and car listing services.
