Take I-91 south toward New Haven

Take exit 20 for Middle Street (toward Country Club Road)

Turn left at Middle Street

Take the 1st left onto Country Club Road

After 1 1/4 miles take the 2nd right onto Higby Road

Continue straight across route 66 and onto Jackson Hill Road

Bare right onto Route 147 / Route 157 / Main Street

You will cross some railroad tracks.

Go straight through the stop sign at Strickland Road and proceed straight.

1/4 mile after Route 147 branches off to the right, take a right onto West Street

After crossing the railroad tracks, take a left onto Orchard Lane

E-Muscle, LLC will be the 2nd driveway on the right.

From New Haven Ct.

Take I-91 north toward Hartford.

Take exit 15 for Route 68 (toward Durham).

Continue to follow Route 68 east.

You will cross some railroad tracks in about 2 1/2 miles.

Take the next left onto Reeds Gap Road (Route 157).

After the railroad underpass bare right onto Skeet Club Road (Route 157).

At the stop sign take a left onto Route 147 / Route 157 / Main Street.

Take your 1st left onto West Street.

After crossing the railroad tracks, take a left onto Orchard Lane.
